Cole Seifert ("I", "me", or "my") operates coleseifert.com. This policy explains what information is collected through this website and through my content production services, and how it is used.

- Contact information you provide: when you contact me about working together, I collect your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
- Email list: if you sign up on this site to get new guides by email, your email address is stored by Kit, my email service, and used only to send those emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay an invoice, Stripe collects your payment details directly. I do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
- Project information: if we work together, I keep records of our agreement, deliverables, invoices, and related correspondence.
- Website data: this website may collect basic technical information (such as pages visited and browser type) through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and communicate about potential or active projects.
- To provide the services agreed in writing, deliver content, and send invoices.
- To keep business and tax records as required by law.
- To improve this website and my services.
Disclosure of information
I do not sell personal information. Information is shared only:
- With service providers that help run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Kit (email list), and email and hosting providers, and only as needed for them to do their work.

Retention
Inquiry messages are kept while they are relevant to a potential engagement. Project, invoice, and payment records are retained as needed for accounting and legal requirements.
